Selena Jones is a grief and trauma therapist and decluttering coach who gently guides people through emotional blocks, decision fatigue, and the invisible clutter grief leaves behind.
Jen Tindall is the founder of AYS and a legacy coach who helps people shape their stories, preserve memories, and organize the details that matter most.
